Join physical therapist Rachael R. Resch for January's special Healthy Hips, Knees & Spine series:  Healthy From The Ground Up!

WEEK 1:  January 7 & 9 - Balancing Your Roots
WEEK 2:  January 14 & 16 - Healthy Bones, Inner Strength
WEEK 3:  January 21 & 23 - Happy Knees
WEEK 4:  January 28 & 30 -  Strong Spine, Open Heart

Using state-of-the art holistic post-rehab exercises and somatic mindfulness practices, we'll focus on balancing and strengthening the body from the feet to the crown.

Learn to heal and strengthen your hips, knees and spine.  Develop core strength, flexibility, efficient movement patterns, improve bone density, balance and body awareness.  

Suggested props:
The following props are helpful for both safety and efficacy, but not required:
  1. Pillows or yoga blankets
  2. Resistance band or tubing - Highly recommended for a healthy spine.
  3. Yoga strap, belt or scarf
  4. Yoga block or 3" thick book
  5. Straight back chair
  6. Pair 5# ankle weights - Highly recommended for a healthy hips and knees.
  7. Knee pads

3, 6 and 12-month memberships include:
