Kelda Vath

Kelda Vath is an Nia First Degree Black Belt teacher who deeply and enthusiastically embodies Joy of Movement, inspiring her students to move their bodies' way.  Kelda says, "Nia has been with me for nearly 20 years. I found Nia in New Jersey when I was recently out of grad school. I’m a librarian.  I found her again after relocating to Tacoma, Washington. The Nia White Belt training changed my life, and I’ve been dancing ever since. Being with others, moving with music, being in our bodies, and allowing ourselves to try new things, to play! And feeling good doing it? Yes, please. This, for me, is the magic of Nia. Nia has been patient with me these last 3 years. My family and I are now resettled in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon, and I am so happy to be sharing Nia once again."
