Purchase Membership

Optional standing reservation:  You can request an ongoing reservation for Wednesday 20-Minute Nia.

Renewal: Your 12-month membership automatically renews at the end of each 4-week period unless you notify us otherwise. We may increase rates at any time, except for the sessions included in this agreement.

Early Termination Fee: You may cancel this agreement before the agreed upon term has been reached by paying half of the remaining balance left on the agreement. For example, if you are 2 months in to a 12 month agreement (10 months left), your termination fee would be the equivalent of 5 months x the agreed upon monthly rate.          

       

Membership Pause Policy:  Synergy Physical Therapy & Movement Arts, LLC, will only pause your agreement if you are current on your monthly dues and you provide at least ten (10) days notice for a pause request to allow Synergy Physical Therapy & Movement Arts, LLC, to process your request. Your agreement will only be considered paused upon receiving an official Pause Notice from us. You will still be charged for the paused periods and that time will be added to the end of the current agreement term.
